Clinacid SIP is a concentrated liquid low-foam acid washing agent. Except for optimized acid mix the agent contains different functional additives, special high-foamy SAS (Surface-active substance) as well as silicone defoaming agent. It effectively promotes any mechanical and solid mineral pollutions removal: hard-to-remove “milk”, “meat”, “beer” and “vine” stones as well as lime bloom, corrosions, silicates and carbonate salts, phosphate-calcium depositions, helps to remove proteins, fats, oils, yeasts remains from stainless steel, aluminum, acid-resistant materials surfaces.

 

It is used for mechanical (circulation, SIP etc.) and hand (steeping, wiping etc.) processing.

The agent is used for automated inside acid sanitary processing of different manufacturing equipments (including heat-exchange), conduits, tanks, trucks, basins, tubs, autoclaves, implements and tares for different purposes etc. It also suits for injection device treatment, different temperature chambers with automatic nonfrothing washing system.
